Alison

Alison Harvey

Founder at VinAccessGlobal

Alison has lived and worked in Singapore since 2002. She originally came to establish a network of importers for what is now Henkell-Freixenet, and since 2021 has been managing her own business connecting small to medium sized wine producers from all over the world with the right partners in Asia Pacific.

Alison studied languages at university before starting work in the retail sector of the wine trade in London. After completing the WSET Diploma with honours she became the first ever female sales representative in the Waverley Vintners team, before transferring to the fine wine merchant, Christopher & Co. After this role she spent several years as Sales Director of Geoffrey Roberts Agencies in London before moving to Melbourne as Trade Marketing Manager at Domaine Chandon and subsequently GM Sales and Marketing at Wingara Wine Group.

Salvatore Campione

Sales Director – Asia

Salvatore Campione relocated to Asia in 2003 and is based in Thailand. Fluent in Thai, English, French and Italian, he holds a WSET Level 3 certification and has been active in the wine industry since 2005.

He began his career within the commercial team of one of Thailand’s leading wine and spirits importers, gaining first-hand experience across both on-trade and off-trade channels. Over the past 12 years, Salvatore has served as Sales Director for Asia Pacific & Middle East at Talamonti Winery (Abruzzo, Italy), where he has been responsible for building and managing distribution networks across multiple Asian and international markets.

With deep knowledge of the Asia Pacific region and a strong network of importers, distributors and trade professionals, Salvatore specializes in developing sustainable market strategies for wineries, combining commercial discipline with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

Passionate about wine and international business development, Salvatore enjoys connecting producers with the right partners and turning long-term relationships into measurable growth. He believes that trust, loyalty, consistency and presence in the market are the foundations of successful wine brands in Asia.

Mike Ritchie

Mike Ritchie MW

VinAccessGlobal Associate – London

Mike was born in London but lived in Paris in his teenage years. He is married with 2 daughters. His working life started with Saccone & Speed as a graduate trainee and he has since gained a diverse wealth of experience during over 40 years in the wine business, including seven years during the early stages of London City Bond, even selling wine on the Shopping Channel alongside Ken Hom and co-hosting a local Cable TV wine show! In 2002, Mike passed his MW and was awarded the commercial and business-related Errazuriz prize. Since 2013, he has worked in a sales role for Freixenet Copestick, the UK division of the German sekt producer Henkell Freixenet.

Most recently, he has added his experience to the sales team at Jascots. He has judged on many wine competitions over the years. His desert island wine would be Schloss Johannisberg’s Silberlack Riesling Trocken, or Aresti’s Trisquel Series Altitude Merlot. He’s happy in the kitchen, rambling for fun or surfing at Polzeath.

Clive Weston

VinAccessGlobal Associate – New Zealand

Clive joined Saccone & Speed, a prominent UK wine shipper in 1973, following vintage work at Chateau Cantenac Brown, Margaux. After five years in wine production and five years in sales, he joined specialist New World wine importer Geoffrey Roberts Associates as UK Sales Director.

He entered the New Zealand Wine Trade in 1988, as country manager for the Hill-Smith family and ran Negociants New Zealand, a national importer & distribution business. He also headed up the prestigious Nautilus Estate of Marlborough winery, which exports to forty countries. “Graduating” from Negociants New Zealand in May 2021, Clive now works freelance as a wine consultant to New Zealand wineries and to overseas producers wishing to market wines in New Zealand, notably via VinAccessGlobal. He is also a published wine and food writer and co-founder, with his wife, in a flourishing nutrition enterprise.

Michelle Ki

VinAccessGlobal Associate

Michelle was born in Korea and relocated to Singapore in 2016, where she began her career in food and beverage in an international hotel. In 2022 she moved into wine distribution gaining extensive experience dealing with hotels and restaurants, joining VinAccessGlobal in 2025. Michelle will focus on the Korean and Japanese markets, growing our partners business and expanding the customer base within each market.

She views wine not merely as a beverage, but as a powerful connector between people. She is dedicated to fostering strong, trust-based relationships with clients through the rich narratives and experiences that wine embodies.

Emily Nguyen

VinAccessGlobal Administration Assistant

Emily Nguyen joins Vinaccess Global with over 7 years of extensive experience in the
import-export field and administrative operations. Prior to joining the company, she served as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Pacific Wine Merchant, one of Vietnam’s premier importers and distributors. In this capacity, Emily significantly solidified her expertise in international trade, logistics management, and complex customs procedures, ensuring seamless flow in the supply chain.

At Vinaccess Global, Emily leverages her sharp organizational mindset and hands-on
operational experience to streamline internal processes. Her dedication to excellence ensures that our clients enjoy consistent, reliable access to the world’s finest wines. She is deeply inspired to align with Vinaccess Global’s international vision, fostering meaningful connections between global suppliers, distributors, and customers across the worldwide market.

Emma Shaw

Emma was born and raised in the Barossa Valley, South Australia on a farm with multiple functions including vineyards, supplying some of the well established wineries back in the day. After finishing school and moving to Adelaide, Emma quickly took a shine to wine during her long career in Hospitality, with a highlight running the famed Universal Wine Bar for Australia’s first Master of Wine. A natural progression was to move onto the distribution/sales side, working for Negociants Australia for over 6 years before moving onto Domestic/Export Manager for 2 South Australian Producers with these latter roles spanning 11+ years.

Post Covid, Emma has been specialising as a Sales Consultant for various South Australian producers, and joined Vin Access Global in September 2024, bringing to us her vast knowledge of local and international markets, as well as wide network of contacts.

Tiziano Negri

VinAccessGlobal Associate – Italy

Tiziano was born and raised in Veneto, one of the world’s most renowned wine regions. He holds a degree in Viticulture and Enology, with a thesis focused on the B2B wine market. His professional journey includes winery experience in France, Italy, and New Zealand with producers such as Château d’Esclans and Marchesi Frescobaldi.

He is excited to join VinAccessGlobal, whose international mindset and mission to connect producers, importers, and distributors worldwide align perfectly with his own vision and passion for the global wine trade.

Tiziano also deeply enjoys sharing wines from around the world with friends and wine lovers, discussing the history behind each bottle and the unique perceptions it inspires.
