About Passel Estate
a Family-owned vineyard producing award-winning wines
Located in the heart of Margaret River in western Australia, Passel Estate is a family-owned vineyard and tasting room with a strong emphasis on exceptional wine and nature conservation at its heart.
Owned by Wendy and Barry Stimpston since 2011, the estate is driven by quality low yields and a single-vineyard focus. The couple started producing their own wine with the 2015 vintage when the label Passel Estate was born.
Aside from producing award-winning wines, Passel Estate also provides sanctuary to the endangered Western Ringtail Possum (the name ‘Passel’ refers to the correct term for a family of possums).
VinAccessGlobal and Passel Estate have been working together since 2020. Passel Estate wines are now available in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, and soon will be in the UK and South Korea.

Sauvignon Blanc

Passel Estate’s range comprises of 6 fine wines, across 4 varietals (very limited availability)
Sauvignon Blanc
Partially barrel fermented (20%) – medium bodied with wonderfully intense flavours of lemon zest, white pear and nectarine.
Chardonnay
Matured in French oak for 10 months – full flavoured with a firm backbone of acidity, balanced by fine white fruit tannin.
Shiraz
A gentle style of shiraz – poached plums, black pepper and black berries with flavours of all-spice and graphite.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Medium to full bodied – velvety smooth with intense fruit flavours of red and blue berries. Matured in Frenck oak, 30% new.
Lot 71 Reserve Syrah
Select rows of hand-picked fruit, whole cluster ferment and matured for 16 months in French oak puncheons, 40% new.
Lot 71 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Made from a single block of old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon and matured for 18 months in French oak barriques, 58% new.
